CDW is the leading technology solutions provider for businesses, governments, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. In a recent statement, the Fortune 500 company announced that it named Christine Leahy and Christina Corley to two key executive roles.
In order to continue to promote profitable gain on a global scale, CDW assigned Leahy to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer. As the new Senior Vice President of commercial and international markets, Corley will report to Leahy in future company endeavors.
As CRO, Leahy will have “accountability for all customer-facing units of the company, including its Corporate, Public, Small Business, International and Strategic Solutions & Services organizations [and] ensuring continued strong revenue growth and that CDW’s go-to-market models remain highly relevant to its customers today and well into the future.”
As Senior VP, Corley will be responsible for “building on the strong growth of the Corporate team and further strengthening the connection between U.S. corporate customers and the International team to ensure the company is continuing to build and fully leverage its global capabilities, delivering a consistent customer experience and driving profitable growth.”
Chief Executive Officer Thomas Richards made the following statement about the new executives:
“We’ve been on a strong path of growth over the past several years. As we’ve grown, we’ve been very conscious about putting the systems, structure and resources in place to ensure continued success on a larger, global scale. We’re now getting to the size and scale as a business where I felt it was important to take the next step in this evolution. I have tremendous confidence in both Chris Leahy and Chris Corley to take on these broader roles and continue to help successfully lead CDW into the future.”
Leahy and Corley have both shown their worth to CDW, and their contributions have been recognized by the Fortune 500 company. It will be interesting to see the company’s development in the near future with these two individuals playing a big role.
