Their partnership aims to collaborate their respective platforms to deliver customer centric marketing campaigns. The collaboration will be between the Single Customer View analytics platform of BlueVenn (also known as Blue Venn Customer analytics and real time customer journey automation platform) with Adestra’s email marketing tool.
This partnership is expected to bring about innovation in data, analytics, and marketing automation through various joint marketing initiatives. The objective is to bring a cohesive solution that will benefit today’s modern-age marketers, who want to deliver customer centric campaigns.
The announcement came along with the release of the new version of BlueVenn, and development of a new connector that will ensure a two-way data flow between BlueVenn and Adestra. The connector also has the ability to trigger Adestra email campaigns within the BlueVenn platform.
This two-way data flow will enable Adestra to run specific, customer centric campaigns, based on the analytics that it receives from BlueVenn’s customer data platform. Sources indicate that over the next few months both the companies will work in close quarters to develop strong capabilities and competencies for multi-brand organizations. The key focus will be on sectors such as retail, publishing, and leisure.
This collaboration aims to help multi-brand organizations who face a tremendous challenge in the process of being the “First Marketer” to reach their customers and take their customer through an amazing journey.
Commenting on this initiative, Anthony Botibol said this new tool will allow the existing clients of Adestra to do a complete analysis of their customer data as it will be easily accessible.
